Ryder leads the research and analysis behind our advocacy. He studies the records, policies and patterns that affect families, and he works with the Incredible Ineligibles Coalition.
Sloane Sinclair
Deputy Executive Director & Chief Operating Officer
Sloane runs day-to-day operations and keeps every program moving. She also leads the Amerikaner Job Bridge, helping families and employers find each other.
Weston Pierce
Director of Case Operations
Weston oversees casework from the first conversation to the last step. He makes sure each family is heard, tracked and supported through the process.
Violet Caldwell

Violet looks after our finances and administration. She makes sure the gifts we receive are handled carefully and put to work for the families we serve.
